What You’ll Do

Design and automate realistic performance workloads using JMeter / LoadRunner / Gatling

Translate NFRs / SLOs into measurable KPIs (throughput, latency, error budgets)

Integrate performance testing into CI / CD pipelines and enforce performance gates

Analyze results using Grafana, Datadog, Dynatrace, or CloudWatch to pinpoint bottlenecks

Partner with Dev, SRE, and DevOps teams to drive performance tuning and stability

Lead or mentor a small team and ensure release readiness through evidence-based go / no-go calls

Must-Have Skills

• 7–10 years of experience in performance engineering for web / distributed systems
• Strong expertise in JMeter (advanced scripting, correlation, JSR223)
• Hands-on with CI / CD , APM tools, and infra / DB performance analysis
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and communication skills

AWS / GCP / Azure | Kubernetes | Kafka | gRPC | DB optimization | CDN strategies
