About the Role
We're looking for a data-driven, strategic, and growth-minded Revenue Manager to take charge of our pricing and yield optimization strategy.
You'll play a key role in using data to maximize revenue, identify new market opportunities, and help RivetStays expand across Ontario and beyond.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute data-driven pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns using PriceLabs and analytics tools.
Conduct new market research to identify emerging opportunities and expansion areas.
Adjust rates and stay requirements dynamically to match market demand.
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align pricing with promotions and availability.
Create actionable revenue reports and forecasts to guide business decisions.
Test and refine pricing models through A / B testing and performance analysis.
What We're Looking For
2+ years in revenue management, ideally in short-term rentals or hospitality.
Proficiency in PriceLabs and market analytics platforms (e.g., AirDNA).
Strong analytical and Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about data and performance optimization.
Experience with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com is a big plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
