We’re now hiring a Sales & Growth Manager who can lead customer acquisition, sales strategy, marketing execution, and overall business growth.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for driving top-line growth and building OpsPulse into a recognized brand. From lead generation and partnerships to ad campaigns and pricing strategy, you’ll own the full go-to-market engine — supported by OpsXpress leadership and marketing resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire paying customers — startups, digital agencies, SaaS firms, and SMEs.
  • Design and execute structured sales pipelines and account management processes.
  • Manage demos, negotiations, and conversion workflows.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across , Google, and startup ecosystems.
  • Build and maintain the OpsPulse brand voice through posts, case studies, and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for performance-driven campaigns.
  • Expand the OpsPulse for Startups initiative — manage applications, onboarding, and conversion.
  • Partner with startup accelerators, incubators, and tech communities for visibility.
  • Work closely with the CEO to define pricing, partnerships, and GTM priorities.
  • Track KPIs, funnel performance, and ROI on campaigns.
  • Develop and mentor future sales or SDR hires as the team scales.

Ideal Candidate

  • 5–10 years in B2B SaaS or technology sales / marketing, ideally in infrastructure, DevOps, or cloud tools.
  • Proven experience running marketing or ad campaigns (, Meta, Google, startup communities).
  • Hands-on with CRMs, analytics dashboards, and lead management tools.
  • Strong storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in high-autonomy, growth-stage environments.
