Relationship Officer – Secured Loans (Housing / Mortgage / LAP / MSME)

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented

Relationship Officer

to manage and grow our secured loan portfolio. The role involves sourcing new customers, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth loan processing and disbursement.

Key Responsibilities :

Source and acquire customers for Housing Loan, Mortgage, LAP, and MSME secured loans.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Conduct credit assessments and coordinate with internal teams for loan processing.

Achieve monthly business targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in secured loan sales.

Strong understanding of retail lending products and processes.

Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
