About the Role :

We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven

B2B Sales Manager

with proven experience in selling

liquid detergents and cleaning solutions

to institutions such as

hospitals, theatres, schools, hotels, and other bulk buyers . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth in the institutional segment.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development & Sales

Identify, target, and acquire bulk business opportunities in hospitals, theatres, schools, hotels, restaurants, and corporates.

Generate, qualify, and convert leads into long-term business contracts.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and procurement heads.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.

Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Expansion & Strategy

Explore new B2B channels and institutional tie-ups to expand market share.

Analyze competitors, pricing strategies, and customer needs to refine sales approach.

Work closely with the marketing and product team to develop customized solutions.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management.

Coordinate with operations / logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.

Ensure collections and credit management from B2B customers.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

3–6 years of proven

B2B sales experience in home care / cleaning products, detergents, or FMCG institutional sales .

Strong network and experience in dealing with

hospitals, schools, theatres, hotels, corporates, and institutions .

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to travel for client meetings and business development.
