Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer who thrives in a 0→1 environment. Someone who can execute fast, experiment boldly, and solve tough problems to unlock meaningful customer and revenue growth. This is an end-to-end role where you’ll plan, build, test, analyse, and scale—across multiple channels and growth levers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute growth initiatives end-to-end —from ideation to implementation to iteration
  • Build, optimise, and analyse full-funnel growth metrics across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
  • Run fast-paced experiments across channels (paid ads, product flows, landing pages, partnerships, CRM, etc.)
  • Work on diverse growth projects , including :
  • Partnerships with schools, universities & corporates
  • Performance Marketing & Acquisition
  • CRM & Retention (emails, WhatsApp, push)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, design, academic, and tech teams
  • Build lean processes that help scale growth faster and more predictably
  • Prepare clear growth dashboards, insights, and recommendations for leadership

Must-Have Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in growth / marketing roles
  • Proven experience in a 0→1 or early-stage startup environment
  • Strong analytical skills and command over growth metrics, funnels, and cohorts
  • Demonstrated ability to think from first principles and solve hard problems
  • Experience working across multiple growth levers (acquisition, retention, partnerships)
  • Highly execution-focused—able to move fast , test quickly, and ship frequently
  • Comfortable working in an environment without rigid processes; can create structure where needed
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
