Job description

Hands-on exp in ALM.

First point of contact to users on ALM tool related topics i.e., tool usage, issue resolution. Responsible to new user setup in ALM. Quality center customization support

Strong database concepts and hands-on exp on SQL queries.

Hands-on exp on VB scripting.

Should have good exposure of software testing concepts.

Good communication skills and client interaction experience is must.
