About the Role

The QA Engineer will be responsible for validating the quality, scalability, and reliability of SaaS-based web applications, backend databases, and data-driven systems. The role requires hands-on expertise in automation frameworks, cloud-based testing, and performance monitoring. Candidates will contribute to the full QA lifecycle— manual, automation, and continuous validation—ensuring seamless end-user experiences. You will drive robust test strategies across SaaS platforms, leverage automation tools like Puppeteer and Playwright, create observability dashboards using Grafana, and collaborate closely with development and DevOps teams for CI / CD integration.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct functional, regression, and exploration testing of SaaS-based web applications.
• Perform backend database testing including data integrity, migration, and query validation.
• Validate search functionality leveraging Elastic Search.
• Design and maintain Grafana dashboards for monitoring test outcomes and performance KPIs.
• Implement and execute automation testing frameworks using Puppeteer and Playwright.
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate test automation within CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins).
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage across cloud environments (AWS / Azure).
• Document defects with clarity and collaboration with developers for timely resolution.
• Continuously optimize QA processes for speed, accuracy, and scalability.
