About the Role

Imagine this : you’re the bridge between technology and business. You’ll turn data into stories, programs into case studies, and outcomes into strategic growth narratives. Your work will directly shape how clients, leaders, and teams see the real impact of what we build.

Responsibilities

  • Design frameworks that quantify the value delivered by digital programs
  • Craft powerful narratives, presentations, and case studies that tell the story of success
  • Roll out value frameworks across accounts and support change management
  • Run workshops, engage stakeholders, and align teams around shared goals
  • Slice & dice data into insights, create dashboards, and present findings with clarity
  • Drive strategic initiatives that contribute to enterprise-wide value creation

    • Qualifications

  • MBA (must-have) from a reputed Tier-1 / Tier-2 institute + B.Tech / Engineering background
  • 0 – 1 year of experience (fresh MBA grads welcome!)

    • Required Skills

  • Passionate about technology, digital platforms, and program value creation
  • Analytical, creative, and exceptional at storytelling through presentations
  • Skilled in data analytics & advanced Excel

    • Preferred Skills

  • A strategic mindset with problem-solving instincts
  • Strong communication chops — you can simplify complexity and make it engaging
  • The ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive impact
  • Energy, curiosity, and the drive to deliver outcomes that matter
