Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Relations Executive. The role involves managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for effectively addressing client inquiries, offering personalized support, and contributing to an exceptional patient experience. Additional responsibilities include coordinating appointments, maintaining client records, and assisting in the smooth functioning of front-office operations.
