Work Shift : UK Shift (12 : 30 pm to 08 : 00 pm IST)

Job Summary :

We're looking for an experienced Oracle Technical Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS, specifically the Time and Labor (OTL) module. The ideal candidate has a strong background in PL / SQL, Oracle Forms / Reports, BI Publisher, and ETL tools like ODI or Informatica. This role requires a professional with proven problem-solving skills who can handle complex integrations and is available to support during Europe business hours.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, configure, and maintain solutions within the Oracle EBS Time and Labor (OTL) module.
• Build and support complex ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or Informatica to ensure seamless data flow.
• Design and develop custom reports using Oracle Forms / Reports and BI Publisher (BIP).
• Manage integrations between the OTL module and other core Oracle EBS applications, including Payroll and HRMS.
• Perform technical support and debugging for timecard validations, approval workflows, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
