Job description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Cold-calling customers, meeting clients, and achieving sales targets.
  • Prospecting, identifying, and acquiring new customers.
  • Negotiating prices and closing deals.
  • Using our CRM platform (Salesforce) for updating and tracking leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales in the semiconductor industry (preferred).
  • Freshers with a background in Electronics are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Sound technical knowledge of our products and applications.
  • Experience in meeting clients, building customer relationships, and achieving targets.
  • Must be willing and able to travel to customers within the region.
  • Must be based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
  • Proficient in speaking, understanding, and communicating effectively in Kannada.
  • Compensation : ₹20,000–₹25,000 / month for freshers or ₹35,000–₹45,000 / month for experienced candidates in electronic component sales.
