Your responsibilities

• Arrange and modify supplier order plans and schedules according to production requirement and delivery requirement.
• Distribute purchase order / scheduling agreement to suppliers.and co ordination with logistics for operational receipts .
• Reschedule and fine-tune supplier orders in accordance to order changes and urgent situations.
• Production management by providing information of problem solving due to customer order changes, materials status, capacity problems and so on.
• Review and control of order required delivery Vs Actual Delivery Performance.
• Improve ontime delivery
• Improve lead time.
• Improve stock turn
• Continuously communicate with suppliers, to check purchase orders on suppliers affecting production orders.
• Coordination with all CFT teams.
• Deliver trainings of purchase orders on suppliers
• Delivery Reliability and Delivery Class Reliability -Source Performance.
• Manage supplier lead times to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
• Monitor and optimize stock turnover to maintain efficient inventory levels
