Job descriptionMinimum 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience with working knowledge of Azure. Familiarity with AKS, Azure Active Directory (AAD) , and multi-cloud integrations. Strong understanding of scalable, secure cloud architecture for distributed environments across AWS & Azure. Advanced Linux administration, shell scripting, and virtualization experience. Performance tuning for Apache, Nginx, Node.js environments. Expertise in MySQL, Redis, MongoDB including replication, failover, and disaster recovery strategies. Successful track record migrating and optimizing multi-tier, complex applications on AWS and Azure. Experience building robust CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, CircleCI , or similar tools. Strong knowledge of cloud security practices using AWS IAM, Azure Security Center, Sentinel , and related services. Ability to analyze and optimize cloud costs across workloads and environments. Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade cloud architectures across AWS and Azure. Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security. Develop automation frameworks and CI / CD pipelines. Implement infrastructure-as-code standards (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM / Bicep). Define and execute backup strategies, replication setups, and DR frameworks using Azure and AWS-native services. Perform risk assessments, implement cloud security policies, and ensure best practices across environments. Conduct audits to maintain efficient, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure. Guide DevOps engineers, oversee deliverables, and ensure best practices across teams. Work closely with architects, developers, QA, and PMs to align DevOps strategy with delivery goals. The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Lead (AWS & Azure) — a cloud strategist, automation expert, and infrastructure leader who can architect, optimize, and scale modern cloud environments across AWS and Azure.
You will be responsible for driving cloud adoption, optimizing hybrid deployments, enabling CI / CD excellence, and ensuring security, resilience, and performance across our client ecosystems.
