Customer Service Representative (Outbound Calling) – HVAC Process | Work From Home

📍 Location : Mohali (Remote – Work From Home)

🕕 Shift : US Shift (6 : 30 PM – 4 : 30 AM IST)

📅 Working Days : 6 Days (Including Saturdays)

💰 Compensation : ₹20,000 / month (Fixed) + ₹500 per successful appointment

(Fixed pay structure – non-negotiable)

About the Role

We’re hiring enthusiastic and customer-driven professionals for our HVAC Call Center Process . This work-from-home role involves outbound calling , appointment scheduling , and promoting membership plans for US-based customers. If you have great communication skills and enjoy helping customers while working independently, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Promote membership plans and special offers in a professional manner.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and record accurate feedback.
• Maintain and update customer data, call outcomes, and appointment details in CRM tools.
• Follow scripts, adhere to process standards, and maintain high-quality interactions.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, appointments, and enrollments.
