Job Responsibilities :

Test Automation Design & Development : Design, develop, and implement robust automated test cases and modules using the TOSCA automation suite. This includes creating reusable test assets and maintaining automation scripts.
Agile Testing Integration : Actively apply and integrate strong knowledge of Agile methodologies within the testing process, ensuring seamless collaboration with development sprints and supporting iterative development cycles.
Requirements Analysis & Test Coverage : Collaborate closely with development teams, business analysts, and product owners to thoroughly understand functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
Test Execution & Reporting : Execute automated test suites, analyze test results, identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, and provide clear and concise status reports on testing progress.
Framework Contribution : Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of the existing automation framework, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains within the TOSCA environment.
Quality Assurance Contribution : Actively contribute to the overall quality assurance process by participating in reviews, providing feedback on testability, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Required Skills :

TOSCA Expertise : Strong and demonstrable hands-on experience with TOSCA Testsuite for designing, developing, and executing end-to-end automated tests across various application types.

Agile & Testing Knowledge : Solid understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and comprehensive software testing methodologies, including test planning, test case design, and defect management.

Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, isolate, and resolve issues within test automation and application functionality.

Good to Have :

Test Analysis Experience : Proven, significant, and demonstrable experience in analyzing complex test requirements, system specifications, and solution designs.

Domain Knowledge : Specific domain knowledge or experience within the Banking sector.
