We are now strengthening our finance and accounts team by adding an experienced senior accounting professional to support our growing manufacturing operations.
Role Overview :
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Professional to oversee and manage the complete accounting function at our manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in a manufacturing setup and deep expertise in ERP systems, financial controls, and compliance.
This role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently while ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and supervise the end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, costing, and month-end closing activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Oversee cost accounting, product costing, and inventory valuation, ensuring proper controls and reporting accuracy in a manufacturing environment.
- Handle GST, TDS, statutory returns, tax audits, and compliance with all financial regulatory requirements.
- Implement and strengthen internal controls, standard operating procedures, and financial governance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners for smooth operations.
- Utilize ERP systems (such as SAP, Tally, or other accounting software) for automated and error-free financial processes.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and financial discipline across departments.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for the manufacturing division.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and cost optimization.
Required Qualifications and Experience :
Education : Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
Experience : 7-10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setup
Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, costing, inventory management, and process controlsHands-on expertise in SAP, Advanced Excel, and Tally or other accounting softwareExcellent knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and complianceStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentNote : Only candidates with relevant manufacturing industry experience will be considered.
