Role Overview

We’re looking for a Creative Lead – Strategy & Design to define how Sotrue shows up visually and strategically across all touchpoints.

You’ll shape brand identity, craft creative narratives, and align visual storytelling with business, product, and marketing goals — while leading a high-performing design team.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Strategy

  • Build and own the creative strategy across brand, packaging, campaigns, and content.
  • Translate business objectives, product insights, and consumer behavior into strategic creative directions.
  • Develop long-term visual frameworks and content systems that scale across platforms.
  • Ensure cohesive storytelling across D2C, marketplaces, influencers, and quick commerce.

Design Leadership

  • Lead and evolve Sotrue’s visual identity across digital, print, retail, and social.
  • Oversee packaging design from concept to execution for new launches.
  • Direct photoshoots, videos, and creative campaigns with a strategy-first approach.
  • Team & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor designers, editors, and 3D visualizers.
  • Partner with marketing, growth, and product teams to turn insights into high-impact creative work.
  • Maintain high aesthetic standards, timelines, and cross-team alignment.
  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years in branding, packaging, or creative direction.
  • Strong brand-thinking, visual strategy, and narrative skills.
  • Experience with beauty / lifestyle brands is a major plus.
  • Expertise in design tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and execution discipline.
