Key Responsibilities
Global Program Management
- Support the administration and implementation of the ESPP across multiple countries including and lead implementation with
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and anti-discrimination regulations, particularly in EEA countries.
- Coordinate with global ESPP leader to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Lead weekly and biweekly meetings with local payroll and HR teams to define eligible earnings and deduction codes.Coordinate with legal and HR teams to refine eligibility criteria and ensure compliance.Work with regional HR leads to develop toolkits and educational materials for local implementation.Data & Reporting
Utilize GHRS and GPID systems to streamline administrative tasks and automate data flows.Communications Coordination
Distribute multilingual communications including announcement emails, enrollment reminders, FAQs, and tax guides and advise on country-specific items to include in communicationsCoordinate timings with local teams for Fidelity webinars and educational sessions.Ensure consistent messaging across HR and management teams globally.Meeting Leadership
