BDR Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our global sales team.
This role involves engaging with senior decision-makers across the USA, UK, and Europe to drive new business opportunities and build relationships that fuel our international growth.
Key responsibilities include conducting outbound prospecting through calls, outreach, and emails, pitching and explaining our solutions confidently, building rapport and handling objections effectively, qualifying prospects before scheduling meetings, and maintaining consistent outreach and updating activity in the CRM.
The ideal candidate is a well-spoken, extroverted individual who enjoys talking to people and building connections. They should be fluent in English, have 1-2 years of professional experience (not necessarily in sales or BD), and be comfortable working US hours.
Selected candidates will undergo structured training designed by senior sales leaders. A strong performer can progress quickly from BDR → Account Executive → Account Manager.
