(Urgent) Senior Information Technology Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex, large-scale projects across multiple domains and geographies. The ideal candidate will manage project portfolios, ensure delivery excellence, and drive strategic initiatives while leading cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale end-to-end projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while aligning with business objectives.
• Develop and oversee project governance, resource planning, budgets, and risk management frameworks.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure expectations are met.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to project managers, consultants, and team members.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, SAP Activate, etc.).
• Anticipate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively mitigate them.
• Ensure proper reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for management and stakeholders.
• Drive organizational change management, end-user training, and adoption strategies.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, security, and regulatory requirements.
