Oracle EBS Consultant - Time & Labor Module

Description : About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle OTL and its integration with Human Capital Management (HCM) modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Projects. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, configure the system, and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal performance of the Oracle EBS environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead functional analysis, design, and configuration of Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) modules, ensuring seamless integration with Core HR, Payroll, and Projects modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications and design documents.
• Configure OTL setups including timecard layouts, fast formulas, approval workflows, and other related components to meet business needs.
• Support system testing efforts, including functional testing, system integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure quality delivery.
• Provide end-user training and create detailed documentation to facilitate smooth adoption of Oracle OTL functionalities.
• Collaborate with technical teams, including developers and system administrators, to troubleshoot issues, implement system enhancements, and resolve production problems promptly.
• Deliver post-implementation support, identifying opportunities for continuous process improvements and system optimizations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle EBS enhancements, best practices, and industry trends relevant to Oracle OTL and HCM modules.
