We are seeking a skilled Legal Professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in providing legal support and advice, ensuring compliance with regulations, and handling a variety of legal matters.

Responsibilities

Draft and review legal documents and contracts
Provide legal advice and support on various matters
Conduct legal research and analysis
Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures
Collaborate with other departments to address legal issues and risk management

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution

Strong understanding of Indian legal framework and regulations

Excellent drafting and communication skills

Proficiency in legal research tools and methodologies

Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Experience with contract law, corporate law, or litigation is a plus
