Position Overview
The Showroom Manager will lead the Hyderabad Experience Centre, ensuring an exceptional brand experience for clients and architects while driving sales performance and operational excellence. This role requires a strong balance of leadership, luxury retail sensibility, and customer relationship management, especially with UHNI clients and the design fraternity.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales targets and ensure consistent business growth from the showroom.
- Build and nurture relationships with UHNI clients, architects, and designers.
- Ensure all sales processes and customer interactions reflect the Valueline brand ethos.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the retail sales team to achieve performance goals.Oversee daily operations, staff schedules, and team discipline.Conduct regular product and sales training sessions to ensure team proficiency on new launches and existing collections.Showroom Operations & Visual Merchandising
Maintain world-class presentation and merchandising standards across the showroom.Coordinate with design and marketing teams to refresh displays and ensure visual consistency.Ensure price lists, product details, and digital tools are always up to date and understood by the team.Client Experience & Relationship Management
Deliver a seamless, personalized experience to all clients and visiting professionals.Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution of client concerns.Cultivate long-term relationships with top clients and architects through consistent engagement and follow-ups.Reporting & Coordination
Prepare regular sales, performance, and client feedback reports for management.Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and marketing teams for smooth operations and promotions.Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.Minimum 7–10 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, preferably in interiors, lifestyle, or design industries.Proven experience leading a sales team and managing UHNI clientele.Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Fluent in English; proficiency in Telugu (speaking and understanding) is an added advantage.Aesthetic sensibility and knowledge of design trends preferred.Key Attributes
