We’re hiring US / Canada IT Recruiters , both freshers with exceptional English communication (10 / 10) and experienced recruiters who’ve worked with North American clients .

Role : US / Canada IT Recruiter

Location : Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (On-site)

Shift : Night Shift (EST / CST / PST Timings)

Experience : 0–5 Years

Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent

What You’ll Do

• Source, screen, and place top IT talent for clients across the US and Canada
• Coordinate with North American teams and hiring managers to fulfill roles
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS
• Ensure timely updates, follow-ups, and achievement of daily / weekly targets
• Deliver results in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
