About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Sr. Social Media Manager to join our team in Mohali. This is a critical full-time, on-site role where you'll be responsible for spearheading our social media presence, driving engagement, and optimizing our digital footprint. You will create and execute comprehensive social media strategies, manage impactful marketing campaigns, and ensure our brand messaging is consistent and compelling across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Execution : Develop, implement, and refine advanced social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and achieve business objectives.
- Campaign Management : Lead and manage end-to-end social media marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution and reporting, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Content Oversight : Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of engaging and relevant content across various social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Community Engagement : Monitor social media channels diligently for trends, mentions, and engagement opportunities, actively responding to comments and messages to foster a vibrant online community.
- Performance Analysis : Analyze social media performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and implement data-driven decisions to optimize content and campaign effectiveness.
- Brand Consistency : Collaborate closely with other marketing and content teams to ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Trend Monitoring : Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually innovate and improve our social media efforts.
- Reporting : Prepare regular reports on social media performance, presenting key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Experience : Previous experience of 4 to 5 years in a similar Social Media Manager role.Proficiency : Demonstrated expertise in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Optimization (SMO).Communication Skills : Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and strong writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.Content Strategy : Proven experience in Content Strategy development and execution.Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Team Collaboration : Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.Education : Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.(ref : iimjobs.com)
