Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM (Identity and Access Management) Engineer with 5 to 7 years of dedicated, hands-on experience with leading platforms like SailPoint IdentityIQ and / or Saviynt in large enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the IAM lifecycle, strong proficiency in Java / BeanShell scripting for platform customization, and proven experience integrating these solutions with diverse systems and directories to ensure security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• IAM Platform Implementation : Lead the technical implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of SailPoint IdentityIQ and / or Saviynt solutions within the enterprise environment.
• Customization & Development : Utilize an excellent understanding of Java and BeanShell scripting to develop custom workflows, connectors, and business logic within the SailPoint / Saviynt platforms.
• Integration Expertise : Design and execute complex integrations between the IAM platform and various target systems, applications, directories (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP), and HRIS systems.
• IAM Lifecycle Management : Ensure the proper functioning and enforcement of core IAM principles, including automated provisioning, de-provisioning, access certifications, and role management.
• Technical Documentation : Maintain detailed technical documentation for all IAM processes, configurations, and integrations.
• Collaboration & Communication : Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with technical teams, business stakeholders, and management regarding IAM architecture and processes.
