We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Application Lead Developer with deep expertise in Node.js, Fastify / Express.js, PostgreSQL, and Redis — someone who can design, lead, and deliver reliable backend solutions that make an impact.

💼 Role : Application Lead Developer

📍 Location : Shimla, Himachal Pradesh (Onsite)

🕒 Experience : 7+ Years

🎓 Qualification : BE / B.Tech / MCA

🔹 What You’ll Do

✅ Lead end-to-end backend design & architecture using Node.js

✅ Develop scalable RESTful APIs using Fastify or Express.js

✅ Work with PostgreSQL, Redis , and Elastic Stack (ELK) for data and logging solutions

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reliable and efficient systems

✅ Manage deployments on Linux-based VMs and integrate with API Gateways

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• ️ 5–7 years of hands-on Node.js backend development
• ️ Strong experience with Fastify / Express.js, Redis, PostgreSQL
• ️ Knowledge of API Gateways (AWS / NGINX)
• ️ Familiarity with CI / CD, Git, and Docker
• ️ Experience with logging tools like ELK Stack
• ️ Leadership mindset – able to mentor and guide developers
