Role Overview
We are seeking a Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. This role will focus heavily on Department Trees , BIP (BI Publisher) Approvals , and core HCM modules , ensuring alignment with business goals and HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Department Trees and BIP-based approval workflows in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable HCM configurations.
- Drive end-to-end project execution, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security across all HCM modules.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using BI Publisher and OTBI .
- Provide expert-level support and training to HR teams and end-users.
- Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and lead change management initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.3-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, including Core HR, Approvals, and Reporting.Proven expertise in configuring and managing Department Trees and BIP Approval workflows .Strong understanding of HCM data models, security roles, and business processes.Experience in managing full lifecycle HCM implementations and upgrades.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.Preferred Skills
Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s).Experience with Fast Formulas , HCM Extracts , and REST APIs .Familiarity with global HR compliance and data privacy regulations.Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
