Conduct audits on hotelsetups (rates, content, UX) to improve direct booking share. Build and maintain a Revenue Optimization Playbook for hotel partners. Strong understanding of booking funnels, CRO, digital acquisition, and analytics. ~ Skilled in data analysis, hypothesis testing, and ROI modeling. ~ Experience working with Product, Marketing, and CX teams. ~ Knowledge of hotel tech (CRS / PMS, OTAs, rate parity) is preferred. ~ SEO, paid media, or digital marketing experience is a plus.
