About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned SAP PLM Solution Architect with strong expertise in SAP Product Lifecycle Management and its integration across core SAP modules. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, govern delivery, and drive PLM architectural excellence for enterprise transformation programs.

This role requires a blend of hands-on SAP PLM expertise (≈75%) and practice development / presales capability (≈25%).

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and roadmap for SAP PLM across product lifecycle processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable PLM solutions leveraging SAP best practices.
• Define and document solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, process flows, and integration models .
• Architect PLM functionalities such as :
• Engineering Change Management (ECM)
• Document Management System (DMS)
• Product Data Management (PDM)
• Recipe / Formulation Management (for relevant industries)
• Variant Configuration (VC) / AVC
• Product Structure Management and BOM handling
• CAD / PLM integration
• Quality and compliance workflows

2. Project Execution & Delivery Ownership

3. Practice Development & Presales (≈25%)
