Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors and clients.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between consultants and clients.
• Source and identify requirements through job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) and networking channels.
• Negotiate consultant rates, finalize deals, and ensure timely placements.
• Maintain an active consultant pipeline and submit daily activity and performance reports.
• Stay informed about recruitment trends , visa regulations , and client requirements .
