- Lead and oversee the end-to-end operations of all amenities within the WSA property.
- Translate the CEOs strategic vision into actionable business plans, measurable objectives, and operational results.
- Establish robust governance systems, SOPs, and reporting frameworks across all operational units.
- Ensure the highest levels of operational efficiency, safety, hygiene, and sustainability.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence :
Develop and enforce brand-aligned service standards to ensure a superior guest experience.Implement performance monitoring, training, and feedback systems to achieve service excellence.Benchmark performance against leading hospitality brands and continuously enhance quality standards.People & Organizational Leadership :
Build, train, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams covering facilities, F&B, retail, security, and guest services.Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Implement performance management systems and leadership development programs.Financial & Commercial Management :
Drive financial performance and profitability through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Manage end-to-end P&L responsibility for the property.Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and franchise management to ensure optimal commercial outcomes.Compliance & Risk Management :
Ensure adherence to all statutory, legal, and safety requirements, including FSSAI, ISO, and environmental regulations.Implement regular audits and quality assurance processes to uphold safety and hygiene standards.Facility & Infrastructure Management :
Oversee the upkeep, maintenance, and landscaping of all facilities to five-star operational benchmarks.Coordinate with the construction and project management teams to ensure seamless operational readiness during and post-development phases.Candidate Profile :
Educational Qualifications :
MBA in Hospitality Management, Operations, or Business AdministrationOR
Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management from a reputed institute (IHM, Oberoi CLD, Les Roches, EHL, or 8-10 years of proven leadership experience in hospitality or integrated operations managementMinimum 5 years in a senior leadership position (GM / COO / VPOperations level)Demonstrated success in managing large-format, multi-unit operations such as resorts, airport lounges, highway hubs, malls, or mixed-use developmentsPreferred Industry Background :
