Job description
  • Proven work experience as an HR Operations or similar role
  • Ensure to maintain HR systems and processes
  • Ensuring the organizations compliance requirements with local, state regulations
  • Upkeep employee data and details
  • Knowledge on HR functions (Labour law Compliance, HR benefits, grievance / query management, etc.)
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Address employees queries on issues related to benefits, Compensation and labor regulations, and all HR related activities
  • Ensuring the payroll management, including salary reviews, statutory deductions, bonuses, and incentives
  • Work experience in HRIS

    • Preferred candidate profile

    • Master in business administration or relevant field Education in human resources will be a plus
    • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
    • Excellent organizational and leadership ability
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Outstanding communication aptitude
    • 4-6 yrs of relevant experience
