Proven work experience as an HR Operations or similar roleEnsure to maintain HR systems and processesEnsuring the organizations compliance requirements with local, state regulationsUpkeep employee data and detailsKnowledge on HR functions (Labour law Compliance, HR benefits, grievance / query management, etc.)Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary proceduresAddress employees queries on issues related to benefits, Compensation and labor regulations, and all HR related activitiesEnsuring the payroll management, including salary reviews, statutory deductions, bonuses, and incentivesWork experience in HRISPreferred candidate profile
- Master in business administration or relevant field Education in human resources will be a plus
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Excellent organizational and leadership ability
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication aptitude
- 4-6 yrs of relevant experience
