Sr. Delivery Manager

Job Location : SLN Terminus, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Work Timings : 6 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM IST (US EST Shift)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Delivery Manager with strong experience in the US IT staffing and recruitment industry, especially in managing the end-to-end candidate lifecycle for contract roles. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure successful submissions, smooth interview coordination, and timely onboarding. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between recruitment teams and client stakeholders, ensuring quality delivery and excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Screen all candidates submitted by recruiters to evaluate fit for client roles – technical skills, communication, availability, and motivation.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate discussions to understand reason for change, project history, and current status.
  • Shortlist and present qualified candidates to hiring managers with accurate summaries and required details.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and candidates, ensuring timely confirmations and preparation.
  • Ensure candidates attend interviews on time and follow up for feedback and next steps.
  • Once selected, stay in regular touch with candidates during the offer, onboarding, and notice period stages to ensure commitment and reduce dropouts.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters and account managers to track open roles, prioritize delivery, and fill positions within timelines.
  • Maintain detailed records in the ATS / CRM (e.g., job tracker, interview logs, candidate statuses).
  • Escalate delivery risks or bottlenecks promptly and work toward resolutions with urgency.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for candidates joining at client locations.

Key Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in US IT staffing delivery, recruitment operations, or talent coordination.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally with hiring managers from direct clients.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced IT / contract staffing for Direct Clients.
  • Strong ability to evaluate resumes, assess candidates, and present profiles to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – capable of engaging with both candidates and client stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in managing interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
  • Ability to multitask, handle high volumes, and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ATS / CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
