- Record journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers
 - Manage accounts payable / receivable, verify invoices, and process vendor payments
 - Assist in month-end closing activities
 - Reconcile bank statements monthly
 - Perform inventory BRS and analyze stock valuation
 - Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies
 - Prepare financial reports (cash flows, trial balances, aging reports)
 - Maintain organized records of financial documents
 - Support audit and compliance documentation
 - Coordinate with procurement, stores, and production teams for inventory data
 - Communicate with vendors / banks to resolve payment issues
 - Provide backup for payroll and tax filing processes
 - Bachelor’s in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
 - 0–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or reconciliation
 - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.)
 - Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
 - Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
 - Familiarity with GST, TDS, and compliance basics
 - Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
