We are hiring a Chief of Staff / COD for a fast-growing fintech startup entering its 1→10 scale-up phase . This role is for sharp, structured thinkers who can drive impact across business, product, operations, GTM and strategic initiatives. If you come with a consulting mindset , startup hustle , and pedigree education , this is for you.

What You Will Drive

• Partner directly with the Founder / CEO to translate vision into execution across business units.
• Lead 0→1 and 1→10 initiatives : new products, growth experiments, operational excellence.
• Solve high-impact problems with a consulting-first approach (market research, modelling, strategy).
• Build and align cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes, not outputs .
• Own dashboards, metrics, OKRs and strategic reviews for business growth.
• Drive investor updates, board materials, and fundraising support.
