Must-Have

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

  • SucessFactors certifications in Compensation
  • Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
  • Designing and Implementing of end to end compensation cycles

workflows and business rules.

  • Linking the business requirements to the system capabilities to

    • optimise the Compensation solution

  • Experience in working with Integrations to third party systems for

    • payroll. Experience : 8-10 years

    Good-to-Have

  • Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module
  • Knowledge in Variable pay configurations
  • Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the
  • customer's current process and future state requirements.

    Understand business tickets and provide resolution
