The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining product reliability, customer satisfaction, and company reputation.

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a quality inspection or quality assurance role.
  • Knowledge of quality inspection techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP / QMS software.
