JD :

Proven hands-on experience as a performance engineer or SDET with a strong software development background (Java, Python, or similar).

Deep understanding of performance testing methodologies, tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner), and application profiling.

Proficiency with AWS cloud platform services, including configuring test environments and interpreting cloud-native performance metrics.

Ability to analyze complex logs, trace calls, and correlate data across distributed systems.

Experience with CI / CD pipelines, performance automation, and integrating tests into cloud-native workflows.

Demonstrated strength in generating structured, concise, and actionable performance reports and dashboards.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, enabling clear presentation of findings and discussions with varied audiences.
