Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced HR Team Leader (Recruitment) to lead and manage our recruitment vertical. This role involves overseeing end-to-end hiring for diverse functions — including core HR, field representative hiring, sales, and telecalling / fundraising positions. The ideal candidate should be strategic, target-driven, and capable of managing a small recruitment team while also handling hands-on hiring.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters handling HR, sales, and fundraising hiring.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments — from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Handle bulk hiring for sales and telecaller positions.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and maintain recruitment MIS reports.
• Ensure smooth candidate experience and timely closures.
• Train recruiters on sourcing techniques, interview skills, and process compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships, job portals, and internal referral programs.
