Your Role as Technical Lead :

• Lead & Deliver : Conduct structured, hands-on MERN stack training sessions.
• Mentor Future Developers : Guide learners through real-world project workflows and capstone projects.
• Team Leadership : Coordinate with junior trainers and maintain curriculum quality.
• Strategic Input : Contribute to course design, tooling, and learning pathways.
• Code Quality Champion : Provide detailed code reviews, promote best practices, and ensure

deployable output.
