Currently we are lookingfor The Infrastructure Engineer 2.

The Infrastructure Engineer 2 is responsible for designing building and implementing systems and hybrid cloud solutions in support of our global IT Infrastructure. The position serves as a primary escalation point for advanced infrastructure and user-related issues ensuring high availability and continuity of critical systems operations. Beyond troubleshooting youll drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize and modernize existing systems making a real impact on performance reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design build and implement basic technology platforms and hybrid cloud solutions
• Safeguard the security integrity and confidentiality of the companys supported systems and data; collaborate on and execute basic improvements to maintain and achieve high security posture
• Design and implement solutions for backup and disaster recovery; participate in the testing and execution of disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues and outages; perform problem-solving root-cause and post-mortem analyses to drive process improvements
• Document the design operation procedures and troubleshooting of implemented solutions and technology platforms; compose training materials and conduct training sessions with stakeholders
• Participate in audits of servers and environment to ensure compliance with established standards policies and configuration guidelines
• Collaborate on best practices standards and processes for design and administration of systems and solutions
• Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices including but not limited to Hylands Information Systems Security Policy.
