We are looking to hire a Senior Consultant – Process Mining in Chennai (Remote), India.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver process mining projects using ARIS Process Mining SaaS and related technologies.
• Analyse end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and deviations.
• Create actionable insights through ARIS dashboards, KPIs, and analytics.
• Design ETL / data integration pipelines for systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Define and implement KPIs aligned with business goals to measure success.
• Support customer enablement through training, documentation, and workshops.
• Translate business requirements into process mining models and reports.
• Establish governance frameworks and promote process mining best practices.
• Manage project delivery, scope, time, and quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across business and IT functions.
• Stay updated on ARIS and process mining innovations and contribute to thought leadership.
• Develop and deliver training and enablement materials for clients and internal teams.
• Support presales, proposals, and client presentations to drive business growth.
• Monitor implemented solutions and support customers in ongoing process excellence.
