Job Title : Business Analyst Lead

Key Responsibilities :
Requirement Gathering & Analysis :
- Lead and facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with clients to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise, and comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process models, use cases, user stories, and & Solutioning :
- Collaborate with the sales team during the presales phase to understand prospective clients' business challenges and objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and presentations that accurately reflect the proposed solution.
- Act as a subject matter expert, articulating the value proposition of our products and services to potential Handling & Advocacy :
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer, ensuring their perspective is considered in all project decisions.
- Proactively identify and address customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely Outcome & Success :
- Collaborate closely with project managers, development teams, and quality assurance to ensure the delivered solution aligns with the initial requirements.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the solution meets the customer's expectations.
- Monitor project progress and outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring the project delivers tangible business value to the :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a Skills :
- Experience in a presales or consulting environment.
- Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Retail).
- Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
- A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
