Database Administrator - SQL Server / MySQL

Location - Chennai (WFO)

• Applicants with a joining timeline of up to 30 days will be :
• Perform database installation, configuration, patching, backup & recovery, high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and performance tuning.
• Support cloud migration projects, including database assessments, migrations (DMS, SCT, native tools), and post-migration performance stabilization.
• Implement security best practices, including encryption, auditing, and access control (IAM roles, KMS, etc.).
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for operational tasks using Terraform, CloudFormation, PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Monitor database systems proactively and respond to incidents, alerts, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and Application Development teams to ensure database performance and stability.
• Stay current on cloud services, emerging database technologies, and best practices.
