As a Happiness Executive / Conversation Partner, you will engage with customers over chat and video calls, helping them feel heard, valued, and positive through friendly, respectful, and uplifting conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in interactions with customers through calling to promote positivity and happiness.
Maintain confidentiality and follow company conversation guidelines.
Share insights and feedback to improve customer experience.
Requirements
Minimum education : Class 12 pass (Graduates preferred).
Strong command of Hindi and English; knowledge of one regional language is an advantage.
Friendly personality, good communication skills, and emotional intelligence.
Comfortable appearing on video calls with a neat, presentable look.
Prior experience in customer service, wellness, or hospitality is a plus.
