Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Karma Group’s Bengaluru office(Bellandur). The selected candidate will provide exceptional support to our members, actively addressing inquiries, collecting membership dues and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer queries, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and maintaining high service standards. The role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and fostering positive customer relationships in alignment with the company’s commitment to luxury and excellence.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Service and delivering exceptional Customer Experience
Experience with Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Strong interpersonal and communication skills suitable for working in a dynamic environment
Ability to problem-solve and assist in addressing customer inquiries effectively
Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally, following departmental SOPs
Provide accurate information regarding membership details, Invoice Details , products, services, and reservation processes.
Assist members with pending dues, billing clarifications, and booking-related queries to ensure a smooth experience.
Previous experience in the hospitality or luxury services industry is advantageous
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru with a full-time commitment

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience in customer service, dues recovery, or membership management preferred
Must be based in Bangalore and available for immediate joining
