Assistant Manager, Administration - Ambasamudram

Job Purpose

For taking care of administration activities and ensuring upkeep, improvement activities in Security, Factory Canteen, Transport – Shuttle bus & taxi / travel arrangements for employees, Telephone, Transit house (guest house), Mill residential Area (Quarters), facility upkeep – cleaning & maintenance of campus, rest rooms, garden in factory and colony.

Key Result Areas

• Upkeep of facility – Mill premises and colony – Safe and Clean
• Maintenance and upkeep, taking care of canteen activities – Food Safety, Hygiene.
• Employee commuting safety with respect shuttle bus, taxi / travel arrangements
• Shuttle bus route planning, allocation
• Room / house allotment and maintenance of transit house (guest house), residential area (quarters)
• Monitoring factory admin overheads cost and controlling – Security, Canteen, Transportation, Cleaning etc.,
