TRIPOD GLOBAL is seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in our premium retail joinery to lead and manage production operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in high-end retail fit-outs, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure timely delivery of top-quality joinery products.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day production activities in the joinery workshop.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the production schedule to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure production quality standards are maintained in line with premium retail expectations.
- Manage and supervise production teams, carpenters, and technical staff.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor resource allocation, material usage, and machinery maintenance.
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and quality standards across the production floor.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.Minimum 8-10 years of experience in joinery production management, specifically in premium retail or luxury fit-out projects.Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes, materials, and finishes.Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.Requirements
